The company’s products allowed teams and leagues to report game stories, post pictures, track standings, post schedules and a wide range of other functions that made team coordination and communications more fun and efficient. Responsibilities included financial management, business planning, investor relations, sales strategies and administrative operations.

ACTIVITIES and ASSOCIATIONS:
Served on the Board of Directors of the Pacific Northwest Chapter of the Institute of Management Consultants since 2003 served as chapter president in 2005 and 2006. Elected to Executive Board and office of Vice President of Conferences of the Society for Information Management (SIM) International for 1998 through 2001. Member of the Seattle Area Chapter of SIM since 1982, board member from 1985 to 1997 and chapter president in 1995 and 1996. Conducted a 2-year series of workshops for CIOs and IT managers for SIM chapters worldwide. Proposed and designed the workshops on "IT: a Business Within a Business" in collaboration with Microsoft, McKinsey and Deloitte Consulting and delivered the workshops in partnership with Deloitte Consulting.
Speaker at businesses and professional organizations on topics related to computer systems technology, strategic planning and health care systems. Author of numerous articles appearing in technical and trade publications. Recent titles include: Outcomes Measurement: A formula to Prevent Business Failure; and, Assessing Healthcare Business Performance with Integrated Outcomes Measurement Systems.
